What is the best diet for PCOS weight loss?

I was told i had PCOS when i was 13. I am not 24.
They do recommend keeping your calcium high (i was told to drink a litre of milk daily). Try stick to low carbs, and dont eat after 6:30-7pm. Try and stay away from gluton (which bloats you), anything processed. Eat lots of fruit and vegies.

Check out google, theres heaps of info on there about diets.
Maybe even try medoform which decreases insullin, talk to ur doctor. Be alert with your doctor, i noticed over the years that out of 10 doctors only 1 knew what they were doing. Search around.
