Fat n depressed. ana buddy?

Hi. I’m Kaye. I’m 16, 17 on the 25th. I’m fat. Like really fat. I weigh 270 pounds. I know I said Ana buddy Cuz Idk wat else to call it. I need a friend who can talk me through weight loss. I’m not ugly n the face. I know that but I would be better off to lose 140 pounds. Im shy so I don’t have many friends. I only have one best friend who I can talk to stuff about n she is missing. I miss her n can’t get ahold of her n it has totally depressed me. I’m crying now. Anyway I have been dieting good for 2 weeks but I have drivers ed after school until 7 so I don’t get much exercise. 2 – Eat at every meal just a portion of carbohydrates, focusing on foods rich in fiber and low in fat.
