High Protein Low Carb?

I am starting to get into lifting weights more and more. I am trying to drop about 25 pounds and I am told that a high protein low carb diet is the way to go. I am 5’9 and weight 208. I used to be 245 but I was taking some supplement and working out a lot more. I just cant seem to find on the internet the best foods to be eating. I understand that lean red meats, chicken, fish, etc.. Are the highest in protein and I do take a whey protein shake after the gym. But I just do not know what kind of vegetables or beans to eat that doesnt have the carbs. I do know what to avoid other then breads, potatoes and sweets and beer LOL. I am at a loss an would really like some help. I have been attempting this for about 2 months now and have not lost a pound. I have actually gained weight from working out because my fat is turning to muscle. Help would greatly be appreciated.

(no offense) I found these to be good resources for my “glycemically responsible” diet.
