what is best bike exercise program for weight loss?
Hello everyone … Me and my girlfriend bought a exercise bike and i was wondering is any of you got a good exercise plan for losing weight … as of right now i’m doing a 30 min ride at a strength speed of 3-4/8 … i’m wondering if i should increase the resistance or the distance … i think 30 min is a good start but in order to be in good shape i should maybe go to 45-60 mins … i don’t know what’s best for weight loss …
if any of you got any ideas for a good daily program that you are doing and works for weight loss your secrets would be greatly appreciated…

You should increase time and resistance at a pace that is comfortable. Start out easy for a week or so and then increase slowly from there. I love the hill intervals. After you get used to them just keep increasing the level hills you do..

If theres a gym near by, see a personal trainer like 3 times and they would teach you exercises for your body. The gym i go to the trainers are like 20 bucks a visit to them.

i don’t have a gym membership but i need to loose some weight … what can i do with out gym equipment to maximize the weight i loose!?!? i am on a diet where i eat every three hours and i only eat 30 carbohydrates every meal and 15 carbohydrates for every snack . 3 meals and 3 snacks daily but with every good diet you need a good exercise plan … can you help me ???

Do cardio at least 4 times a week. There’s something that’s called HIIT (High intensity interval training) which means you sprint your a$$ off for as long as you can, then you take a timed break (Ex: 1 to two minutes) then you sprint. That’ll chew off a chunk of fat every week, but it’s really hard. Basically just keep the intensity high as possible. You dont need to run for an hour straight or something… Thats not as effective either. In other words, it should be short but NOT SWEET. So yeah cardio done in the morning before breakfast, a drink before the routine, and eating right after making sure you reach right below your daily calorie intake by eating many small meals a day (Ex: 6) would really get you going. It’s hard as hell though. Good luck!
