What is the fastest way to burn fat and lose weight for a job physical?

1. Dont bank on the words ‘fast’,'easy’,'simple’ & ‘quick’….to stay safe,you shoudnt lose beyond 3 pounds of fat per week

2. Start brisk walking 40-60mins a day…get a dog or 2 if you find your walking routine boring..or if you are at a gym,experiment all forms of
cardio available and stick to all that you like

3. Drink only water,100% natural/fresh fruit/veggie juices,lowfat milk and lots of green tea

4. Severely limit carbs n fat but eat lean proteins and veggies very well..make sure you eat a good breakfast!foods generally that aid fat loss-
fruits,oatmeal,milk,raw nuts,fish,beans,veggies, small chunks of dark chocolate and herbal teas.

5. Do adequate amounts of pilates/yoga/strength training to get the best from your cardio,make slight adjustments to your workout routines
every 2 or 3 weeks to avoid plateaus

6. Be smart when eating out or at events/functions(such as preparing your own meal & eating in advance)

7. Dont trust myths like “no food after 7pm”…you have to stay nourished to lose fat,..the best you can do if you are scared to eat is perhaps
drink a glass of ice chocolate lowfat milk mixed with a tsp of instant softened oatmeal…

Fastest weight loss?

I’ve been trying to loose weight for a few months now… I’ve been going to the gym for a few months now and I see no change whatsoever :( My body feels sore everytime I get out of the gym but I weight the same and my body looks the same.

Use the calculators in th links to see how many cals U need daily & the other to see what U burn per exercise.
Eat small meals frequently. Dont skip meals. Drink a lot of water. And have patience. Weight loss is like the stock market-it wont go down in a straight line.
And if Ur sore, Ur not doing something right. Get a trainer or regular to see if Ur doing the exercises right.

Is it scientifically proved that coconut oil help in weight loss?

I searched and most websites says yes! But I just want to make sure that it does really work. I’m not looking for fast weight loss solution but a healthier way to live :) and it wouldn’t hurt to lose few pounds!

So is it okay to add 1tbls of coconut oil to milk or warm water? I know I won’t like to eat directly so I will try to cook more with it and drink 1 tbls everyday!

It adversely impacts your cardiovascular system and adds many calories without much nutrition. While there are many popular diets that work short-term (stressing the addition or elimination of a group of foods), most fail miserably within one year. You seem to be looking for snake oil, and there is no simple remedy.

He recommends ground flax seed (available from health food stores and some grocery stores) for the Omega-3 fatty acids we all need. I take one teaspoon every day. As a vegetarian I take B12 and D3 supplements. My diet is heavy into leafy green vegetables, colored vegetables, whole grains, legumes, and some fruit. I prefer raw over cooked and processed when possible.

I lost 80+ pounds by simply switching to a pure vegetarian diet as recommended by Dr. Neal Barnard. Dr. Dean Ornish is another good source, but he tends to be more lenient on his diet recommendations.

I found that I could lose weight with my standard portions and without extra exercise. It was easy because I feel a lot better when I eat right. Eating junk food and other processed food and convenience foods is the likely cause for the epidemic of obesity in the US.

What is the fastest way to loss weight?

I’m becoming a teenager now, I am also becoming conscious about my looks, especially my body. I’m kind of chubby. Can you tell me what is the most effective way to be fit? Without spending too much money.

I have been through it all and know what’s it about. The main thing is to stick in there. You can’t be an addict to food and never exercise if you want to live a healthy life and keep the weight off. I’ve worked out, done every diet, and all types of classes.

Nothing works, besides dedication and intelligence towards the subject of losing weight.

First, depending on how much weight you need to lose, your diet is the first concern. You can’t eat 10,000 calories a day and expect the weight to come off, even if you are exercising a lot. Which brings us to the next thing. Duh, Exercising…

This is a must especially if you need to a lot of weight. Get at least 30 mins of some good hardcore exercising. Do some cardio, in the long run, it’s good for the heart.

However, I find the most hardest part of losing weight/keeping it off, in my diet. It’s so hard to keep your fingers out of the cookie jar or those chocolate goodies. I’ve found a great addition to help any one out, it’s a natural weight loss supplement called Proactol. Now don’t get all crazy on me and say diet pills don’t work. That is true, but not in this case. This one isn’t meant to burn pounds while you sit on the couch. It’s an appetite suppressant, along with being a fat binder. I saved money on the pills at theweightlossplace. Com along with getting some good info. It basically makes those fingers not go towards the cookie jar. For me it’s the best pill I’ve tried and I’ve tried cupboards full. Now this doesn’t mean you have to follow my foot steps but I’ve successfully lost roughly 70 pounds and keeping it off til this day.
