What is a good way to drink green tea when I don’t like the basic taste?
I want to start drinking green tea for health and weight loss reasons, but I don’t like the flavor. So:
– is it an acquired taste? Can I just tackle it and learn to like it?
– does it go with milk?
– should it be sweetened? If so, does truvia or stevia work well?
– are there any low- or no-calorie flavorings I could add to it that go well?
– how is it iced?
Also: I’ve tried green tea supplements and they made me nauseous. Will drinking the tea make me sick also, then?
A little honey does it for me, yes it is an acquired taste. Some people feel a little sick the first couple of days but it passes.
