how much water should i drink a day to lose water weight?
So ive been exerciseing every day in a weekend starting at 12 for 15 mins and every 3 hours for 15 mins that totles up to 1 hour and is till cant lose weight im 13 4ft 11 and people told me i can lose weight by drinking water so im asking how much water do i drink a day?

Water helps you lose weight, but you also need to watch your calorie intake. If you’re eating too many calories you won’t be counteracting the water and exercise.
Try watching what you eat, drink 8 cups of water and continue with your exercise and you should see results after one week.

this kid in my class said that they lost 7 pounds from practice for a sports team, how is that possible? if i follow these steps do you think i can lose at least 7 pounds in 10 days ?
For breakfeast: granola bar or gingerbread with banana
lunch: Tuna Salad
Snack: Rice cake with 1 tbs of jelly
Dinner: anything my mom makes as long as its under 500 cals
snack: a fruit
Plus i work out at the gym and burn 1000 calories every day for 10 days

Water weight is only a temporarily fluctuation caused by being mildly dehydrated. It’s not permanent weight loss, nor can you just keep doing it day after day.
What you have planned to eat is pretty reasonable, but add more vegetables. You’re supposed to be getting 5-10 servings of fruits and veggies every day, and this is especially important when trying to slim down.
Burning 1000 calories at the gym however isn’t very realistic, especially if you’re not an avid athlete already. Jogging for an hour burns around 600 calories, can you really do that for about 2 hours? Find a reasonable level of physical activity that you can add to your daily (or near daily) life that you can sustain for the rest of your life. If you want a permanent change to your weight, you need to make permanent changes to your diet and physical activity, so find something you can really stick to.
1-2lbs per week is the healthy rate. If you’re currently eating a lot of processed foods you may currently be retaining too much water and changing to a healthier diet will help you lose some extra water that you’d been carrying around, but you can’t expect 7lbs in 10 days.

How much weight will I lose in 1 day of starving myself?
If any weight at all?
I am 5′ 2”, 162 lbs, wearing size 9 jeans, and I want to lose weight, because I know I am overweight.
Please don’t tell me that starving yourself is bad, because I already know, and I am doing it anyway.
Can anyone tell me how much weight i will lose in 1-2 days of eating and drinking nothing but water?

You wont lose anything. Trust me i tried it, all you feel is sick, and just plain terrible, and after a few days of doing that i went to the scale to see how much weight i lost and i had actually gained 4 pounds! I could not believe it! So then i did a bit of research on the computer after that and i found out that if you dont eat your body goes into starvation mode, and you body stores up fat to help keep you alive, and when it stores up fat it makes you gain weight. So i started to eat again right after i read that lol. Just do what i did diet and exercise. Eat 1300 calories a day, and things low in fat, and low in calories.
Only drink water or low in fat milk. Dont eat junk food like pizza, chips, cookies, cakes, candy,etc. Eat few carbs, but for bread eat whole grain bread or light rye, they are very low in calories and fat, and they tast delicous
and eat alot of fruits and vegetables.eat 3 meals and 1 snack a day, or 4 smaller meals.oh and drink ALOT of water, that will help.
And for exercise, i do 50 sit ups and 50 squats after i eat breakfast, and throughout the day i do an hour run around the neighborhood, along with my ipod
and i watch a exercise video on youtube, and of course i follow along, my favourite is 30 min billy blank tae bo cardio
and after i eat dinner i do stretches (random ones that i know) 50 squats, 100 jumping jacks, and 100 sit ups. And after dinner i dont eat for the rest of the day, unless drinking water.
I used to weigh 130 lbs, but i lost 10 lbs in a month by doing this, so i now weigh 120 lbs, and am 5′ 2″ and i am still doing this to weigh at least 112 before september, so i will look good for when i start high school.so try this out, im positive this will work for you.

Quick Weight Loss? ADHD drugs, Drinking lots of water, and eating 1 meal a day?
I’ve just been prescribed 54mg a day of concerta (like extended release ritalin)
It completely takes my appetite away until late at night and then I pretty much binge, I knew it was unhealthy and I started to gain weight.
So I’ve started taking the concerta a little later in the morning and eating a big breakfast, taking vitamin supplements, and drinking lots of water (1-2 liters) everyday.
If I feel faint I eat a protein bar or shake.
I’m already over-weight I need to lose around 20 or 25 pounds but I’d really like to lose about 50.
So my questions are
Will I lose weight?
Will I start to gain water weight?
Will my body use the food I’ve eaten in the morning or will it store it as fat and “eat” my muscles?
ALSO: I know how to lose weight the healthy way, but I do not have the time or the appetite to eat 5-6 small meals a day. I know this is not healthiest way, but I don’t really care.
so please no lectures. I just want to know If I will get thin.

how do I lose weight in one night? Sona? Cardio? ab workouts? I really need this. Do I drink a lot of water? what?

You cant lose weight in 1 day, its very hard losing weight it takes some people a month just to lose 3pounds.
I really don’t think your going to lose the weight you put on today in just 1day.
But you can try doing some of these work outs.
Weight it mostly the fat on your body and burning fight is not easy.
I don’t want to put you down but it might take you a week just to lose a few pounds.
But try running for 30-40min.
Doing push ups
sit ups
even dancing can help.
