I need to lose weight really fast so give me diet tips.?
Like ways you guys lost weight. even if its unhealthy i need to lose 30 pds fast before the ending of april. this is for my senior trip and prom.
Write down every thing you eat in a food diary..
Drink water or sport drinks
No sweets or sugars
Eat small meals ( six)
walk.. Walk.. WALK
do a 30 min cardio work out 2x per day
Losing weight is easy… Just give your body what it needs not what it wants.. For example.. Try to eat yogurt not cookies.. Or Flavored water instead of sodas

i know swimming is great, i used to be in waterpolo and a veggie so i was in great shape. Now i’m not in it though and i recently started running on my treadmill again, how else can i lose weight fast? any great cheap diets or tips? i’ve water fasted and juice fasted before but i want to try something new.
