How much fatty weight will you lose if you jog 4-6km everyday for 3-4 weeks?
and if you can also provide the fat lost from the stomach and thighs that’d be great too :)
And i do eat healthily, though i tend to eat extra snacks sometimes like cookies (who doesn’t love cookies? lol) which i will substitute with more healthier snacks from now on. I also do 3-4 hours of mixed strength/muscle training weekly (divided into two days).
the mixed training involves strenght/muscle training, cardio, …er stretching. and aerobics.
None if you continue to eat unhealthy. To lose weight in a health way you need to do cardio, eat healthy, and do some strength training.
