How can I lose weight in a week, with diet and excercise?

How can I lose weight in about 7-9 days, what diet should I be on, and what excersices can I do? I want to lose about 5-10 pounds.

Whoa…..its not a good idea to lost that much weight in these few days u’ll develpo some serious health problem & even though u try those fad diets who wonder what kind of side effects u’ll get…..my advice try liquid diet dont eat anything just drink juice,soups,milk shakes etc for one week(u can try slim fast shakes they r healthy & u know how much calories u r taking)

The best way to lose wight (also the hardest way) is to do lots of exercise and eat not much, mainly carbohydrates (flour bread pasta ect) lay of the sugar and fatty foods, and do exercise! 5 mins every hour will do it.

I need to lose weight ASAP. Dont tell me it’s unhealthy, I know that i’ll put it right back. If I go on a completely no carb diet in week and exercise, running 2 miles a day, sit ups and push ups. How much weight will I lose in a week?

You will loose weight. But it wont be actual weight. It could be water weight/fluctuation. You need to reduce your calorie intake by 200-500. And exercise. I would not suggest no carbs though, your body needs them to provide energy…

Would this water based diet help lose weight in about a week or two?

If i eat a protein bar for breakfast but made the rest of my meals water based food like watermelon and soup how much weight could i lose in a week?

Example of a day:
bkfst: Protein bar :180 cals
lunch: watermelon
dinner: soup

all snacking would have to be fruits or soups.
im also working out for about three hours throughout the day.
i dont mean one watermelon slice and id be eating watermelon all day

Will a high fiber diet help me lose weight in a week?

I need to lose 2 pounds of fat in a week, and was thinking of taking up a high fiber diet, along with 30 minutes of cardio every day. Will this work ? :) any advice is appreciated

It might work but I know this one does. Look up “Negative Calorie Foods” (those are foods that make your body burn more calories than are actually in the food), you can eat as much of those as you want and not gain any weight. Eat those foods and only drink water and you will lose a lot of weight. I lost 15 lbs in two weeks b4 my wedding by doing this. Any cardio you do will make it come off even faster, running is the best. Good luck!
