How Can I Lose Weight Quickly? What Exercise To Do?
Right im 16, and im 12 st 5, and im fed up of it, im not confident with my body at all, i look like a fat blob, and it really gets me down because all my friends i hang around with are skinny and muscular, i was just wondering if there are any quick diets around that actually work? and what sort of exercise i can do to lose the fat? many thanks x
Long distance 3km/5days/week at a slow pace + good healthy diet = proteins and vegetables
