I want to do that many meals a day to lose weight and speed up metabolism?

is it good to eat like this, 7 small meals a day, all calorically balanced:

8am – 8.30am – Breakfast 180 cals
11am – Snack 180 cals
1.45pm – Lunch – 180 cals
4.30pm – Snack – 180 cals
6pm – Dinner – 180 cals
8pm – Snack – 180 cals

adds up to 1260 cals day.

Is this okay?
Age: 16
Height: 5 ft 0
Weight: 171lbs (12 stone 3lbs)
Measurements: 41-35-44 inches, UK size 16-18

Aim to be:
Weight: 120lbs
Dress size: UK size 10-12

I could up the total calories by another 40 to make it 1300 a day. I don’t think I could eat anymore though I find 1200 hard enough. I am trying to do 30 mins of stationary cycling 5 days a week. perhaps an hour on a saturday. I also walk 2 miles a day for college. I drink sugar-free flavoured water rather than tap water because I don’t like it. umm… I think that is all you need to know.
