Tips to lose weight fast?
I’m 14 and hate my body :( how can I lose weight and not gain muscle Especially on stomach,thighs and arms
First thing, I want you to know hating your body will not do any good. Love your body honey :)
To lose weight, I will advice you to walk more often.. For example, if you ride in a car all the time. Walk about an hour a day. You won’t get muscles.
