Fast weight-losing tips for teenagers?

OKAY so i am 14 years old and pretty skinny. I guess. Everyone tells me I’m skinny, but i don’t think so. dont ge tme wrong, i dont have an eating disorder because i eat but it’s almost summer time with the beach and pool parties and such so i want to lose about 10 pounds. i dont have a membership to the gym so??? SHould i run every day, cut off the carbs, i dont know!! thanks!

Okay, first off if everyone tells you you’re skinny there’s no reason for you to be trying to lose weight. Remember you can’t see yourself, even the mirror isn’t accurate.
Anywhos just get some exercise by walking to school, taking the stairs more often, jogging in the morning now that its warm outside, eat healthier (what I mean by that is eat fresh fruit, veggies etc.)
Try not to eat as much meat/chicken. It contains fat and most people eat more than they should. Close your hand into a fist and thats how much you need every day.
DO NOT try to cut anything out of your diet (besides junk and fat) because your body needs different things to function properly. If you cut on back on something you could be missing vitamins and stuff.
Drink plenty of water :)

I am a teenager and I need to lose weight fast. Does anyone have tips or any food that i can eat to help me lose weight.
Im planning to have 200 cal or breakfast. 300 cal for lunch and I dont know how many for dinner. Just fish, or chicken, or beef, or steak with a little bit of bread and a vegetable.

First off start right now. If you’re serious about losing weight ‘fast’, then don’t wait to start. There is no healthy way to lose more than 2lbs a week so start now. No excuses.

Aim to eat about 1200-1500 calories a day, never any fewer than 1200 unless you’re under the care of a physician or other medical health professional who specifically instructs you to do so.

I’d also caution that “quick weight loss” through “dieting” is not the answer – if you’re planning on drastically reducing how much you eat now, you’re not learning to eat properly. And if you legitimately need to lose weight you need to address the problems which resulted you becoming overweight in the first place – and that’s usually eating improperly and not exercising enough. If you starve yourself now, you haven’t learnt to eat properly and it is just a matter of time before you gain back all you lost.

so ok, im not fat neither im i skinny i consider myself normal i guess but there are those time where i wish i had a little less weight (no not peer pressure)… this would be on my stomach and legs. i am 17 and i dont want to starve myself or any stupid thing like that. And i honestly dont know what a good diet is and i dont want to pay those online diets. is running the best way to lose weight? for how long a day would that help me lose weight fast?… where can i find tips for beginners like me?… i dont have a gym around my house and as of right now i cant afford any expensive machine. all info is really appreciated.. i would also love to hear your own experience. thanks alot!

It’s a great website and it’s free. Great advice for eating right because it’s not a diet.

You also don’t need machines to workout. There are plenty of great bodyweight exercises you can do that will help. Plus run or walk for at least 30 min/day as many days/week as possible.

I’m like 5’3 and 133lbs and I want to be like 110-115. I have the jillian micheals 30 day shred dvds and I can stick with and do them fairly easily, but they get boring fast and I don’t really see results when I do them. My diet isn’t horrible either, the worst thing I do is have taco bell or something for dinner like once a week. Any fun (well as entertaining as they could be) exercise videos I could try? And diet tips would be cool too. btw im a teenager so I don’t want to go on some weird jenny craig diet or anything. Thanks.

after 7 p.m. People achieve marvellous results with it. Depending on
your initial weight, you can drop upwards from 20 pounds a month. If
you don’t eat wheat then you don’t eat all those sticky, fatty goey
cakes, you don’t eat junk food, and you don’t eat biscuits. But your
diet is still balanced. It costs nothing, and you do not have to
calculate points or to buy special meals or plans. For exercising,
start with walking, and then switch to running/jogging. Running is the
most efficient and calorie-burn exercise ever. If you are overweight a
lot, walk first or you may have health complications (heart attack,
disjointed bones and so on). Weight lifting is a good means to target
your problem areas for men and women. It’s not necessarily to become a
bodybuilder or even join a gym – a couple of dumbbells will help you
to target your problem areas (stomach, butt, legs, arms, chest).

I’m 15, and i gained weight. Help please.?

Ok, so i’m a 15 year old girl. I recently gained about 10 pounds over the holidays. So today i went to try on my jeans. I have about 8 pairs. I only fit into 2. I don’t know what to do. I have school, and i need to fit in my pants. I need to lose about 10 pounds or more to get back to my original weight. :( I need easy tips for a teenager to lose weight, and kinda fast. I know there is no easy way, but any thing that is helpful. I already know to drink alot of water, and cut back on junk food. But.. anything else? I’m kinda Desperate here. I need my self esteem back. TIPS & ADVICE. please and thank you.
PS- i don;t start my period for another two weeks so its not bloading.
Oh, and Were short on money since christmas is over. so buying new jeans is difficult.
