Will I lose weight if i excercise but not really diet?

Hi all, I’m 26 years old, 5ft5 a girl and I urrently weigh 16st (roughly 102 kgs or 225 pounds). I’m about a size 18 on the bottom and a size 18 on top (UK sizes). I have just started a fitness regime. I go the gym 5 times a week, i do two days of moderate cardio which includes, 10 mins cross trainer on a mixed programme, 20 mins treadmill on the weight loss programme, 10 mins bike on a mixed programme and then 1000 meters in the rowing machine. I also do a boxercise class once a week, toning tables once a week and a belly dance class.

I know this all sounds like a lot but i am really enjoying it. The question is will i lose weight? I haven’t really altered my diet much. I still eat the same foods but less of it. to be honest i’m finding with the excercise my appetite is decreasing but when I stand on the scales i’m stil the same weight.

It is discouraging but as i enjoy working out i want to continue doing it. Does anyone have any idea when I might start seeing some changes?

Please don’t advise me to change my diet as I honestly don’t think it’s too bad at the moment, i avoid white carbs and I eat alot of veg and fruit but also love sweet things and take away but I tried the dieting route and it didn’t work for me. I always reverted back to my treats!!
