Is This a good Weight loss plan?
I want to know if this is a good meal plan for losing weight
Morning: Special K Cereal
Snack: Snack bar
Dinner: something baked and healthy
Yes, it’s really good! You should add another slice of whole wheta bread for lunch and sometimes take nuts for a snack instead of bars….you should also drink a cup of green tea each day to help you detoxify your body…and do not eat 2h after lunch and before bed!
