is this a good daily workout plan for a beginner ?
ultimate aim … weight loss .. (20 years old , 5foot5, 10stone)
20 min on bike .. highest level can take
20 min on treadmill .. highest level can take
15-20 min on rowing machine.
as many sit ups as can manage
10 minutes ago – 4 days left to answer.
i meant the highest level that i can do pushing myself but not enough to injure myself
ironhomi . im a girl i cant do 100 push ups and i dont wish to have hench man arms
