What is the best weight loss solution besides exercising?
Well no matter if you are exercising or not the best way to lose weight is to lower the amount of calories that you get in a day. Take the average of how many calories you get in a day and subtract 400 from it. That’s how many calories you should get to lose weight.
If you aren’t seeing results after 2 weeks or so then lower your calories by another 100 or so and then go another 2 weeks.
However exercising while dieting helps you to tone your muscles and makes sure you aren’t losing any muscle, so I would recommend that you exercise as well.
